BORONDONIA Y LA REPÚBLICA DE DOMINIRAJA FIRMAN TRATADO Y ESTABLECEN RELACIONES DIPLOMATICAS

 

Agreement on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Dominiraja and the Kingdom of Borondonia

Art. 1.- The Governments of the Republic of Dominiraja and the Kingdom of Borondonia, in exercise of their sovereign powers and in accordance with international standards on the recognition of States, declare that they mutually recognize each other as independent and sovereign micronations.

Art. 2.- Both parties agree to establish mutual diplomatic relations, in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961.

Art. 3.- Both parties declare their willingness to guide their mutual relations in accordance with the international principles of mutual respect, peaceful cooperation, equal treatment and non-intervention in their internal affairs.

Art. 4.- The Governments of the signatory micronations agree to mutually promote cultural, scientific and technical cooperation among their peoples.

Done at the Clementino Palace, Borondonia, on the 14th day of the month of september of the year 2024, entering into force on the date hereof.
